The Pugh St. Parking Garage is showing its age and will be coming down in the next several years. Planned to go up in its place is a performing arts center with attached parking garage. The NPAC will help to revitalize the downtown, providing much needed performance and rehearsal space for Centre County’s music, theatre and dance ensembles, as well as instructional and meeting spaces.
